Group insurance for owners & employees
Group insurance provides broad, cost-effective protection for your team members and you as a business owner.
We can tailor your plan with a range of cover types, including life cover, salary continuance, medical insurance, trauma cover, and total permanent disablement.
Clear eligibility rules and an Automatic Acceptance Limit mean staff are covered up to set levels without any extra paperwork. The cost of a group insurance plan is around 2% of your total salary cost for your employees.
Group insurance plans come with the following requirements:
- 5 or more employees
- A genuine employer/employee relationship;
- Clear eligibility rules;
- 100% of eligible employees lives covered; and
- Premiums paid by the employer

We offer confidential, one-on-one sessions where staff can safely talk about their money. Our Advisers help them understand their current financial situation, assess their cash flow, and identify immediate stress points (like high-interest debt) that are affecting their work life.
Savings and debt management
Through financial wellbeing bootcamps we can help staff implement positive financial habits, move away from the ‘spend first, save later’ cycle. This includes setting SMART goals and designing a banking structure to automate savings and gain immediate control over personal finances.
KiwiSaver and goal alignment
For many, their KiwiSaver is their biggest asset. We provide guidance on ensuring their KiwiSaver is aligned with their long-term goals (like a first home or retirement). This clarity reduces the anxiety of the unknown and encourages engagement with future financial planning.
