FoxPlan Academy

Every new adviser who joins us goes through our Foxplan Academy training programme. You’ll learn directly from our Directors and Senior Advisers who are experienced business owners that bring years of real-world knowledge to every session.

Career Phase 1

The Short Term: Foundation & Integration 

First two years

Three Paths

Choose between Transitioner, Prospector, or Freelance paths to independence.

The Academy

Daily teaching/training (2 years), joint field work, and multifaceted support (suppliers, systems, mentoring).

12-Month Benchmarks

Complete Level 5 (3 subjects), achieve company/supplier accreditation, and meet sales/service expectations.

Diamonds Structure

Collaborative "team within a team" for advisers aged 20 to 65+.

Career Phase 2

The Medium Term: Growth & Practice Mastery

Two to five years

Equity Path

Eligibility to become a shareholder.

5-Year Milestones

Qualify for departure terms (multiple of recurring revenue) and exemption from "recovery" terms.

Revenue Targets

 Average recurring revenue of $50,000 pa; "at capacity" new business of $280,000 pa.

Operational Standards

Weekly agency meetings, mandatory annual business development planning, and access to the "5Cs of Business" resource.

Risk Management

Monthly Governance Board oversight, annual external compliance reviews, and PI insurance.

Career Phase 3

The Long Term: Ownership & Exit

Five+ years

Guaranteed Share Buy-Back

Shareholders have a guaranteed right to sell shares back to FoxPlan or a FoxPlan-approved adviser at the current market valuation.

The Lifetime Annuity

Move from active work to a structured retirement income through the FoxPlan succession plan.

Loyalty Equity Scheme

For those choosing the non-shareholder path, qualify for a structured payout of your recurring revenue at departure based on a set multiplication factor.

Gradual Retirement

Retain commission-earning privileges while reducing your active hours or transitioning into a management/mentoring role.

Operational Oversight

Shareholders participate in monthly meetings reviewing profit, revenue, marketing, and systems.

Board Participation

Shareholders have opportunities to contribute at the Governance Board level, ensuring your voice helps shape the group’s strategic direction.
